This my first experience of working with Strive to help find a new role. It was a stress free example of recruitment done not just well, but done excellently!
Every member of the team I worked with were amazing, supportive and attentive, providing regular updates and even sometimes just checking in to see how I was feeling about the process. No question was ever too much trouble, and I always felt that the team went above and beyond what I would have expected from a recruitment agency. A superb service and a great result at the end, in the form of a job offer - which was readily accepted!
On a personal note, I would like to commend Alex so highly for being instrumental in helping me get this role. He never faltered, or left me in any way uncertain, at any stage. It was without a doubt the most stress free experience I`ve had through a recruitment process, even when I had concerns around certain details. If Strive give bonuses, I sincerely hope he is in line for a good one!
