Led by James Duckworth Strive have successfully assisted one of the UK’s top 10 retailers in restructuring the NDC Warehouse Shift team. The brief was tricky to say the least! i.e. a new shift pattern is being introduced to coincide with the start of Christmas peak onwards. The requirement was to introduce a new team across a range of shifts [including perm nights & weekends] on a ‘challenging’[!] salary. Not only that but they wanted a mix of experience, energy, the ability to handle all tasks on an assessment centre & be available at short notice to start!!. Mr. Duckworth – [never one to shirk a challenge!] tackled this aplomb & worked tirelessly in close Partnership with both HR & the Warehouse General Manager to deliver a successful result.
All candidates for the assessment centre turned up [always a result!] , performed very well indeed & left the client spoilt for choice!. With a focus on serious questioning on each candidates true level of commitment & ability James was able to deliver an entire team mixed with various skills & personalities who we are sure will go on to do great things.
