The opportunity I have had to progress my career was as much down to Lee wanting me to get the role as I did myself.
I had the initial conversation with Lee, who arranged my first interview, ensuring I was as prepared as I possibly could be with all the relevant information and documentation, arranging my second interview, right down to informing me I had been offered the position. Lee would call the day before my interview to see if I had any last minute questions then after to see how it went.
Lee didn`t think of it as job done once I had moved, he has kept in regular contact to see how things are progressing, all in all, end to end support and professionalism, I couldn`t fault anything Lee did in my career progression.
Lee isn`t just someone who provided career support, he has been a good friend throughout my move.
