From my initial application for the job of Team Manager Lee Hamilton has been constantly in touch with me. He explained the role and the respective duties in relation to the job that I had applied for, asking if it was what I was expecting, exploring all the possibilities that came with the job i.e. travelling time, the work environment, job description and salary.
After being accepted for an assessment day, Lee then gave me help on what to expect and pointers on preparation for the assessment day, he was constantly in touch with both myself and the company. After the assessment day Lee quickly came back with feedback and the next steps. He spoke to the company on my behalf on salary expectations which were met, and sourced out the whole package on offer.
Lee then kept in constant touch as I had further interviews and up to being made the job offer which I accepted. Since the job offer , Lee has been in touch to make sure that I had settled in well, that I had my induction and training and also to enquire if I was happy with the new position.

I was very happy with Lee Hamilton as my point of contact who operated in a very professional manner, he made me feel so at ease, that I forgot that I was dealing with a recruitment company and more like a friend. He helped me throughout the whole process answering all my questions and giving me good feedback from the company at every stage. This went a long way in easing any worries or fears that I may have had from leaving a secure job and stepping out to a new venture.
