Vacancy Summary: Depot Site Manager - £45k + Bens
Besides taking full ownership of the facility operating storage and distribution direct to customers throughout the region through own account fleet deliveries the successful candidate would
also be responsible for staff welfare, training and development, site P/L, cost effective operation and customer service – ensuring depot operating performance is maximised and waste and costs
always reduced to a minimum.

to find the right candidate. The key aspect being that a partnership was formed very quickly that was both honest and open.
Result?
Using a multi-faceted approach a short list of 3 candidates were delivered within an agreed time frame of 10 working days. The Client was torn between 2 candidates and sought the account managers guidance as to whom he should select!! The offer made and accepted with more vacancies regularly heading our way!
