Background:
A highly successful expanding retailer with 300+ stores who continue to buck the trends. As part of their expansion into the South an existing DC [c220k SQ FT] was under increased volume pressure. Therefore they needed to increase head count urgently.
Result:
Strive delivered a short-list of the 3 best candidates available. Following on from both 1st 2nd interviews the client was torn between 2...so hired both!!! Further to that they will be opening a new site in the South East and we have been given the brief to recruit the management team later on this year!
