One of my most satisfying recent assignments, involved our client a famous high street fashion retailer, who’s phenomenal growth created need for additional support within their e-commerce department.
For such a high profile client, it generated great interest in the vacancy from our own network as well as my external advertising and marketing campaigns. This created a large ‘long list’ so working quickly though with no compromise on quality during my screening and selecting process was key. Reduced to a shortlist and recommended to the client, we started a 3 stage process, guiding candidate and client through every stage. The best of the best soon became very apparent and I was delighted to make the offer to an extremely talented warehouse shift manager, whose career is still very much in the ascension. An excellent outcome for candidate and client, plus really enjoyable for me personally. I still smile each time I receive my online order, thinking that I may have in some way played a small part in that success story.
