Vacancy Summary: Supply Chain Manager
Supply Chain Manager required for North Western manufacturer of niche sector FMCG, a new role within the business to support ongoing growth of market share, assuming control of raw materials/consumables supplier base, working closely with client base and production departments to provide robust production planning, continuous improvement of lead times and efficiency for despatch of finished goods, all site based logistics inbound/outbound, UK & International goods movements, management of logistics service providers.

Why Strive?
Having exhausted normal internal recruitment processes, a market specialist was clearly required for such a pivotal new role within the business unit. Several consultancies competed for the assignment, providing mixed results.
