This particular client is a family owned niche Agricultural Transport company based in North Yorks literally in the middle of nowhere!
The brief was simple - they had used 3 other recruiters to fill what in our eyes were 2 ‘bread & butter’ roles. For various reasons they all had not delivered & the client was desperate. Following a recommendation they contacted Strive for some much needed assistance. One of Strives senior recruiters handled this with aplomb!
