I received a call from Lee to say he was recruiting for a role that may suit me. This role was not in logistics or inventory, however his existing customer had asked if Strive could help find someone for a Tele Account Management Role.
Lee kept me advised every step of he way, by calling to discuss and e-mailing the recruiters requirements, prior to the Interview, therefore I was able to,prepare well for our meeting.
After the interview , Lee provided me with constant feedback and progress.
I did in the end secure the position, Lee continued to,advise me on the process.
From the start, Lee built such a great rapport with me, I wanted to perform well at the interview , as much for Lee as for,myself, he had done so much on my behalf I really did not want to let him down.
I have been unemployed for 5 months, I have tended to avoid dealing with agencies, as I have found them generally unhelpful. Lee and Strive have gone a long way to changing my mindset.
