Warehouse Team Manager

Strive Supply chain have been exclusively retained to work with an international supplier of non-food FMCG items to the retail sector. They are undergoing a period of huge change, growth & complexity & as such now need to strengthen the central supply chain team. As such we need an excellent Warehouse Team Manager who will help their team to effectively run their warehouse operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of the warehouse team including individual performance reviewsOrganisation of all warehouse functions including picking, packing, deliveries, put-away of stock, booking in, cycle counting and storage.KPI Management of whole teamPlanning staff levels and rotas to maximise operational efficiency.Ensuring all orders are picked and packed to the highest standards and dispatched on time for our customers and on behalf of fulfilment partners.Regularly reviewing processes used by the warehouse to deliver continuous improvement and drive efficiency.Investigating and resolving dispatch delays, stock discrepancies and other inefficiencies that impact the organisation.Implementing cycle counts and reporting findings to the wider management team.Ensuring the warehouse is a clean and safe working environment at all times.Installing health and safety rules and ensuring that they are upheld by the team.Any other ad-hoc duties as determined by management to ensure the effective performance of the warehouse operation.
