Our client is a leading FMCG Distributor and we are delighted to assist them in their search for a Telesales Manager, to be based out of their RDC in the North East.
Key responsibilities as Telesales Manager:
- In this fast paced role you will require excellent communication and negotiation skills as it involves liaising with customers, colleagues and other operational departments to ensure optimum customer satisfaction.
- Lead the telesales team, uphold good working practices and inspire them to reach their full potential while achieving both the business and individual targets.
The business will rely on you to contribute to its overall sales achievement, identify and undertake improvement projects and challenge the status quo to ensure we create a sales environment which continually aims to improve and meet the expectations of this changing and competitive market sector.
As Telesales Manager you will have had the following experience:
- Previous Telesales Management experience within a FMCG Environment
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to build relationships across all departments
