Reporting into the Site Manager, you will be responsible for c50 people through 4 Direct Reports in a highly automated and process driven operation. The unit works 24/7, 365 days and is a continuous production facility,

Of Graduate calibre, you will have experience of managing in a complex manufacturing operation and running teams upwards of 40 people through Direct reports.

An excellent People Manager with a superb track record in Change Management, you will be able to spot process improvement opportunities and have the drive and tenacity to implement them by engaging those around you.

You will be expected to lead, develop and motivate your team to achieve KPIs. You will therefore be from a process driven manufacturing / production environment where keeping the lines operational is paramount as is ensuring quality of product throughout the process. You will be able to react quickly and provide solutions to daily issues.

You remit is simple: Achieve! How you do so is down to you. That`s the exciting part and as such, the spec is open and limitless.
